However, due to variations in monitor displays and the natural characteristics of materials (like wood grain or fabric dye lots), we cannot guarantee that the physical product will look exactly as it appears on your screen.
Pricing: All prices on furnitureinn.pk are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.
Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or an alternative item.
Order Confirmation: Receiving an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline it.
Cancellations by Customer: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not already been dispatched or custom-manufactured.
Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or stock limitations.
We offer various payment methods, which may include Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfer, and secure online credit/debit card payments.
For custom or made-to-order furniture, an advance payment of 80% will be required before production begins.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
Delivery Timelines: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of order. Delivery usually takes 2-7 business days for standard items and 1-4 weeks for custom orders.
Delivery Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight/volume of the furniture. These will be displayed at checkout or communicated to you before final order confirmation.
Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you order will fit through your doors, hallways, and staircases. We are not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to space restrictions.
We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
